Get the Look: Vintage-Modern Coastal Bedroom
This wallpaper design was inspired by vintage block prints with a soft, coastal twist. I wanted something timeless yet fresh—grounded, but still light and airy.
The scalloped floral pattern set the tone for the entire room. What started as a bold mix of olive green, orange, and purple evolved into this serene blue colorway, thanks to a suggestion from my friend Amy Thakrar. The deep navy and slate tones—Rainstorm and Bunglehouse Blue by Sherwin-Williams—echo the pattern’s palette beautifully.
Layered with warm wood furniture, woven rugs, and a rattan pendant, it creates a that space feels relaxed, inviting, and cozy.
